Terms and Conditions

General

When you book a shoot, you agree to the terms of service outlined here. It is understood that the home will be prepared and ready to shoot prior to the photographer showing up. The photographer is not responsible for and will not clean or move large items. Some arrangement of small items may be necessary to clean up a shot, but the photographer will not spend time staging a room. Any room or area of the residence that is not photo-ready may still be shot, regardless if the image can be used or not, and will count towards the final number of photos delivered. If the photographer arrives but is unable to access the property or begin the shoot for any reason a $50.00 fee will be charged.

Cancelation and No-Show

Cancelations require a 24 hour notice. Confirmation from Jason Cope Media (JCM) is required for the cancelation to be official. If you have requested one by email but have not received confirmation call immediately. If a cancelation made with less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 fee. Cancelations due to weather are still subject to a 24 hour notice, but will be rescheduled at no charge.

Reshoots and Additional Requests

Reshoots and refunds will be considered on a case–by–case basis. A request to return to a residence for additional shots that were not originally requested will be subject to a $65.00 fee. JCM will edit out small items to clean up the images within reason during the editing process. Any requests for removal of large items or objects after delivery will be subject to a $20.00 fee for each item removed.

Usage and Rights

Upon full payment of services, only the party who has paid for the services has the right to use products for the purpose of selling the residence up until the time such residence is sold. Products are not licensed for resale to a 3rd party. Any residence that is booked to be reshot after being taken off the market and put back on is subject to being charged full price for all services. JCM reserves the right to use any product produced for any client for their own portfolio and promotion in any manner.
